Currently using the free Miradore platform.
I have supervised iPads setup with AC2.
I can see all my iPads in Miradore
They weren't added to DEP during configuration with AC2 but now need to be added to ASM.
I've tried to manually add them to ASM but they fail, the assignment logs from ASM show nothing useful, just start and stop times and a fail notice. (see below).
These are all iPads we've had for some time, and now we want to use a management platform to manage them.

How can I add devices running iOS earlier than 11, eg: 9.x?

I'm afraid it is not possible to add devices running older iOS version than iOS 11. Apple documentation for this also states:
"Adding devices requires iOS 11 or later."

Would it be possible for you to update those devices into later iOS version?
