Apple DEP and VPP based issues

If sometimes Apple DEP states "Failed to update devices" in the Miradore Online's "Apple DEP" view:

- Are you accepted the updated Terms of Service in DEP portal https://deploy.apple.com/

- Renew the DEP token in Miradore Online's Infrastructure diagram > "Apple Device Enrollment Program" > click "Renew" > Follow the wizard.

 

If sometime Apple VPP app deployments failing e.g. "Failed to deploy application" or purchased VPP apps are not updated to the Miradore Online's Applications view:

- Renew the VPP token in Miradore Online's Infrastructure diagram > "Apple Volume Purchase Program" > click "Renew" > Follow the wizard.
