2020-02-25 Issues with iOS management and enrollment


Today we experienced some technical difficulties with iOS device management and enrollment.


Update 2020-02-26 10:30: The problems with management of iOS devices are now fixed.

There still is an issue with automatic wake up of the iOS devices. The symptom of this is the online status of device going yellow even if it is active. If needed, please sync the devices manually from device list or device page.


Update 2020-02-26 8:25: The issue is still under the investigation and our team is working on it currently.

Some features might work slowly and there are delays in inventory information and device management actions.
