Minor improvements and bug fixes

This release includes fixes and improvements for

• User deletion (previous release caused a regression for this)
• Windows phone re-enrollment. Enrollment didn't always work if the same device was previously deleted from the site
• Tag management
• Last reported date is now better reported on the device page
• Warranty dates were shown wrong
