Minor improvements and bug fixes

This service update contained multiple minor improvements and bug fixes:

• Added possibility to unenroll configured VPP account.
• Application page now shows devices based on inventory and installed application version.
• iOS application page shows the latest version data from the App Store.
• Minor changes to the overall user-interface
• Fixed issue with Android devices using the same dummy serial number.
• Already assigned VPP license for a device or user is now considered a success when deploying an application.
